Claim number#***

I have been having the worst waiting game with this company. After my first Hello Peter review I was contacted within an hour of posting and this impressed me and things showed movement. Then on the 21st April 2023 was told to submit some missing information of which I did. I was informed on the 24th April that payment was being processed and will appear within a week. Now it's over two weeks later am not getting email responses and the telephone you hold until you run out of airtime.
