Claim number ***. 6/11/2015

Daughter had a minor accident in beginning of October. Did the necessary and was informed claim was almost authorised on 6th November 2015. Asked to rate service 9th October and complained as I had not been informed of what was happening prior to the 6th of November. Was contacted by Discovery and asked why I complained. I explained why as above. The person was very short and said they will come back to me. To this day I have not been contacted.
