Claim number ***

3rd party claim.car accident.they have sent the assessor and then nothing for a month.no reply to any email or call.sent 12 emails and nothing.i have had a bit poor and slow reply up till the assessor was sent to view the car and since then nothing.as well as the other lady that was involved in the accident with her trailer.also the same thing.the man handling the claim is richaba machaba.the accident was on the 12th of may 2018
