I submit my claim. She sent me to Menlyn to have my car assessed. She phoned me back and say I must take my car to Centurion to be fixed. I live in Magalieskruin. I mentioned it to her, and then she said I can look for a panelbeater in my area. We agreed then that she will give me 2 days to think about it and she will call me again on Thursday to see what my decision is. Next moment I received an email that the claim is closed. I emailed her twice since, and called twice as well. No response. Poor poor poor service. Discovery quick to take your money, quick to close a claim but not so quick in being a solution to a problem
