Discovery Insure -Liabilities department is the worst to deal with. A 3rd party claim against me was allocate to Ofentse Menyatso who’s just not been helpful. He does not respond to his e-mails and is always not available when you call. On days when you manage to reach him, he won’t bother getting back to you with any feedback from what you discussed on the call.

The payment form was submitted to the finance department and we had to wait for more than 20 days before he could let us know that there was a missing signature in the form. The signed formed was then sent to him, when we called in to find out the status of the payment we are told that the funds were released and that was on 19 Nov 2024, but we never got them. It’s been 2 weeks now and Ofentse has not sent the proof of payment from the finence department and we still waiting for the funds.

The liabilities department does not even deserve the 1 star i gave them.
