CLAIM NR: *** - THIRD PARTY HAS TO CALL AFTER PANEL BEATER AND ADVISOR, AND I DID NOTHING WRONG, AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR A CAR TO GET TO WORK

CLAIM NR: *** I am the third party. Please note no one has contacted me regarding this claim. I called Triple S(panelbeater) in December before they closed (after the email send by Presha-Discovery Insure Advisor) and they said they will book my vehicle in the 20th of Jan 2020. I spoke to a lady now at discovery and she said that I have to pay for the rental car because I am the third party? I am also a client of Discovery and this is how you treat a client and a third party? 1) NO COMMUNICATION RECEIVED FROM THE PANEL BEATER AND NO COMMUNICATION RECEIVED FROM THE ADVISOR FROM DISCOVERY. (I HAD TO CALL) 2) I DID NOTHING WRONG, I WAS ON MY WAY HOME FROM WORK, STANDING STILL AT A RED ROBOT, WHEN YOUR CLIENT BUMPED INTO MY CAR, I AM NOT PAYING FOR A LOAN VEHICLE WHILE TRIPLE S FIX MY CAR, I SIMPLY DON'T HAVE THE MONEY, AND I AM NOT OPENING ANOTHER CLAIM ON MY INSURANCE. 3) I WILL OPEN A CASE AT THE POLICE STATION AGAINST THE GUY THAT BUMPED INTO ME AND CALL HIM AND TELL HIM HIS (AND MY) INSURANCE DOESN'T CARE THAT I NEED TO GET TO WORK AND GO SEE CLIENTS WHEN MY CAR IS BEING REPAIRED. Please can someone call me, I said to Triple S in December when I contacted them that I will bring in my car in advance so that they can do a full assessment and order the parts necessarily to repair my car. I am a sales person and I started a new job in Jan 2020, so I don't have time to drive around or wait somewhere or anything other wise I will loose my job. I travel from Delmas, Mpumalanga to Bronkhorspruit, Gauteng every day. And I go to see clients, and suppliers during the day etc.

I did nothing wrong and now I have to follow up and jump through hoops to get my car fixed, and maybe loose my job cause I wont be able to get to work if I don't have a loan car. Please let me know asap. Thanks.
