CLAIM NOT SETTLED 4 MONTHS LATER AND NO JOY

I was involved in an accident in June 2021 and my insurance still has not settled my claim. The reason why they have not settled and still pending investigation, is that the 2nd assessor claims that my tires were worn out whereas I have proof that the tires were recently bought. The 1st assessor said that I should bring the papers of the vehicle from the bank so that they can settle but they insisted on getting a second assessor which is delaying everything and disputing my claim.

Please assist as I am still paying for the vehicle and insurance, and it is already 4 months down the line.
