Claim not resolved for 9 and a half months!
<p>My parked car was hit by another driver last year. Despite having telemetry on the vehicle, full details of the other driver, witnesses and pictures of the scene, Discovery has still not fixed my vehicle. The claims handler Tsephiso Mazibuko is useless and does absolutley nothing. I have to call and chivvy everything along. Disgusting service from Discovery. I can't even get a formal rejection o fthe claim so that I can go to the Ombudsman. I will be taking this up with my lawyers as this situation is untenable.</p>

Still no response from Discovery. Spent an hour on the phone on Thursday and was told that I would get a confirmation email that they would be dealing with my claim. Nothing received.
