Claim not resolved after 4 weeks.
My husband was in an traumatic accident 4 weeks ago and Discovery insure has not yet resolved my case. My debit order is still going off for a car we can't drive and not one assessor has gone out to look at the car. This is the second time I have had issues with claims on a car. Absolutely nothing has been done to help us or give us proper service.

02 Jan 2024, 13:01Thank you. I still have not recieved a call, insure called my husband telling him for the 3rd time an assessor must go look at the car. That's after they asked me twice to bring in a car that been written off and can't be drived. How many calls am I going to get that tell me someone must go look at the car? It should have been done weeks ago.
