Claim not processed. Assessors not paid. No urgency in claims.
3 months later and my claim has not been resolved. My vehicle is unrepaired and left standing in a garage. They have not paid the garage to release after assessing for weeks. I have to constantly ask Discovery for updates for them to begin moving this. I’ve asked for senior members to provide timelines on this and I get ignored. I thought discovery insurance would be great but I’m witnessing the opposite. It’s sad that I have to use this platform to complain but there’s literally nothing more I can do. They don’t care about the claim or their clients.
