Claim not paid out after a week of waiting

I had a claim for my car that was write off. Claims handler Tshepo gave me efficient service, however when fedex had to collect my original documents they went to the wrong address after I've been waiting a week for my funds to be paid out. Yet I am still waiting for some kind of feedback from discovery insure and still no funds in my account. Ultimately my claim is with discovery and they were suppose to give me 100% service satisfaction and yet I am disgusted because I will have to wait most probably another week. Still my correct address is not given and I'm left stranded. I'm glad I cancelled my policy as Discovery gave me pathetic service delivery and that a fault of a 3rd party.
