CLAIM NOT PAID OUT

<p>Claim ***</p> <p>Discovery do not want to pay out a claim evaluated by their specified insure inspectors (Stellenbosch Paneelkloppers) / assessors (Net Asses).</p> <p>Stellenbosch Paneelkloppers quoted – R 13,554.16</p> <p>Net Asses forwarded a quote to Discovery - R 3 600.98</p> <p>We asked Net Asses why they quoted less than Stellenbosch Paneelkloppers. According to Net Asses, did Discovery confirm that we are not covered for the Bullbar.</p> <p>We do not understand this at all. We took the vehicle for Pre Insure Inspection to PG Glass. On the inspection report it states that the vehicle is fitted with a Bullbar.</p> <p>Discovery’s call centre told me the vehicle does not come out of the factory with the bulbar. They also said the roofrack rails on the fortuner is not factory fitted. All fortuners comes out standard with this feature. Discovery does not cover this feature according to the call centre. SO? Why do you do the Pre Inspection Report? To clarify damages and extras on the vehicle?</p> <p>The Pre Inspection report confirm all these items on the vehicle. Discovery never at any stage told us we are not insured for these items on the Inspection Report.</p> <p>This is really outrages. We did everything we had to, to ensure our vehicle is covered in full. Pre Inspection / DC Track! Now this.</p>
