Claim not paid

<p>I recently submitted a claim on the discovery app, I then received an sms stating:</p> <p>Your claim ####### will be handled by Lonwabo Nono. You can call them on ********** 224 or email ********** Track the progress of your claim by clicking the following link http://##### Discovery Insure</p> <p> </p> <p>when I email the assigned person "Nolwabo" I got an auto response stating the following:</p> <p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Please be advised that as of 14/12/2016 unil 03/01/2016 I will be out of the office. for any inquiries, kindly direct your emails to ********** <p> </p> <p>I then called Nelson Shikwambana to ask if he had received my email and if he could assist me with my claim. He told me he'd send me an email that states what exactly I had to send back to him. </p> <p> </p> <p>I got on it immidiatly and rushed to get all requested documents documents and I sent him all required papers. He has failed to respond to my email and stating if he got my mail. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I call Discovery Insure, he's forever in the line and doesn't return my calls. </p> <p> </p> <p>My question is this; what's the point of submitting a claim of discovery stuff isn't helpful? </p> <p> </p> <p>My home was butglard into and my content was ******, I have minimal clothing and I'd like to know if my claim is being processed or not by Nelson Shikwambana. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
