Claim not getting sorted out Discoveru Insure

I had a power surge at my home on 22 January 2020. I did report it to Discovery that my fridge, TV, alarm system, Motor to open my garage door and my swimming pool pump was damaged. Since then I am told that They have not received the report from the service provider and they put the blame on Discovery. In the meanwhile I sit without an alarm and a fridge and this discomfort of a claim that does not get sorted out.
