CLAIM NOT BEING RESOLVED, NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED

I was involved in accident on 08/12/2019 around 6pm, I called discovery to log the claim, I was assisted my an emergency assistance advisor who advised me I will be contact on Monday to complete the claim. No on called me on Monday, I have to call in around 5pm this was after I was contacted by DME AUTO BODY for assessment. When I called to my surprise the claim was incomplete yet I was booked for assessment. Oh well! My vehicle went for assessment on 10/12/2019 at 08:00 and till date no one got back to me. I was advised I will be called back till date NOTHING. I tried to track my claim online, there is NO UPDATE. I have never been contact back by Discovery since I logged this claim, if whether they are busy with assessment (which suppose to take 24hrs), whether my claim is being validated (which I was never advised on). This honestly unacceptable. I know I am the one who needs assistance but that does not mean I should be the one doing the calling. I am honestly not happy with the service I am getting.
