claim not being processed

the turnaround time for claims you said is 48hours.<br> <br> this is my 3rd week waiting for my claim to be finalized. i have comp**** with everything that the assessor needed. i was told the assessor will sendthe report on friday the 5th. on Saturday the 6th i called the assessor he told he was busy he will send the report on Sunday. <br> <br> On Monday i called him, he supervisor asked him to listen to sales recording. so he told me after he listened to the recording he will send the report same day. <br> <br> Today is wednesday he told me he has not received any recordings. he does not know when they will send because they was supposed to have send on monday and he cant understand why. withut the recording he cant do anything. <br> <br> so how long should i wait. the surprising thing is. discovery has received report from my previous insurance , drive all the way to JHB to Polokwane. But something which is in your offices you are not able to get it on time, its almost 3 weeks.<br> my question is How Long should i wait? nobody in discovery is able to answer that to me.Is discovery trying to find a way not to pay for my claim?<br> <br> I'm enough with waiting......
