My car has been at the panelbeater for a month now and I'm being treated like a mad person.

However I'm not an assessor and all im know is that i need my car fixed so i can continue with life.. now im being told about the first and the second claims which is not my admin and responsibility. however of which you'd be in the better position to control or be knowledgeable about .... My car windscreen and the wheels were OK prior to the accident. I've been calling and sending thru emails to the discovery for several times now with no help and it's now frustrating and causing emotional stress now.
