Claim no. ***- Forgotten 3rd party claim

I was involved in a mini car accident with a woman who is covered by Discovery insurance. The accident took place some time in late March or early April I can’t recall. We exchanged details and dealt with our own insurances until I was told that my claim is a third party claim and Radichaba Machaba will be handling my case and all communication will be handled by him. I was asked to submit all the necessary documents and even took the car to their registered dealer for assessments . All these were submitted in April and I was informed that the case will be finalized in 30 days time. (TAT). 30 days came and went with no communication from Radichaba. I tried calling and sending mails since with no response whatsoever from him while I drive around with a bumped car. If this is how discovery handles their claims I’m glad I did not take up their insurance cover that they offered me. I’m frankly disgusted by the manner in which this is being handled!
