Thank you very much for a prompt response when handling my claim. When i registered i was serviced by two consultants i.e. Awelani and Precious of which is something that does not happen everyday in most insurance companies. The company that was responsible for the repair of my handset, contacted me within the same day of lodging a claim to make arrangements for the collection of the handset. My claim was finalised within 3 days after registration of the claim. The kind of support i have received from the two ladies is highly appreciated. Keep up the good work.
