When i registered my claim on the 13/05/2015 for the incident taken place on the 12/05/2015, Vusumzi Mqokozo my claim hendler was so compassionate, understanding and putting himself in my shoes with all that i was going through. His level of professionalism is quite unbelievable. On the 2nd day of my claim, while i was running around to gather supporting documents for my claims, he was already calling me and sending me e-mails reminding me of the urgency of the supporting documents. After submitting all the supporting documents, he kept in touch with me, updating me with the progress on every stage. Within 4 business days my claim was approved. On the 20/05/2015 He provided me with all the documentations confirming approval of my claim through e-mail, sms and a telephone call. On the same day, service providers were already calling me to make arrangements to replace all my ****** goods. I really appreciated the kind of service i have received from Vusumuzi. In most cases insurers are notoriously known for trying to find loopholes in the claims that are registered to avoid payouts but in my case discovery insurer proved me wrong. Keep up the good work.
