I have had what would possibly qualify as the worst experience with the insurance. on the 18th October the Panel Beater(Precision and sons) informed me that my car would be ready for collection by Friday, when I got there on the Friday the car was not yet ready. me and the panel beater then agreed that I would come collect my car on Saturday as number plates and the holder would be installed before my arrival. to my surprise on Saturday nothing had been done on the vehicle and since I was now stranded without transport I agreed to take the car, unfortunately I got a fine for the numberplate which both ( Discovery and Precision and Sons) are now saying that they wont cover, to top it all off the Panelbeater is requesting me to travel from Limpopo to PTA to bring the car so that he can finally fix the remaining issues.

I have been incontact with discovery and the panel beater no one I willing to assit with getting the car to be road legal. I now have to purchase a numberplate and attach it to the car, drive the car to PTA to get it fixed again to Discovery insure FYI I have already tried on a number of times to escalate the matter to the claims manager but I was never afforded the oppotunity
