claim no ***

I logged a claim with discovery on the 29/02/2016 (*** for household contents the consultants name was Lucas Mabiletsa. Lucas has failed to respond to most of my emails where I requested feedback on the claim, I have called numerous times and he's never available. I have left countless massages for a team leader to call me back and still received no calls eventually I managed to speak to Khensani Maluleke whom I was told is Luca's team leader and only upone my call was there action on my claim but still it was not concluded even with Khensani's promises I was still short paid. I called again last week and was told Khensani is on leave, today when I called I am told Khensani is no longer active as a team leader I spoke to a Awelani Nemangani , I asked to speak to a team leader /manager and she advised that a team leader by the name of Rowlan Herman refused to come to the phone as he felt my issues can be resolved by an agent . This is beyond shocking to me that Rowland can refuse to come to the phone even when a client requests him to, never have I experienced such appalling service before . I held Discovery at such high esteem, the service was nothing short of disgusting
