Claim Nightmare

So I had an accident a month ago well tomorrow will be a month. I have been with Discovery Insure for over a year now & this is the first time I have put in a claim. First of all they **** about the petrol back scheme as that is actually why I join them cause they said I would be paying less then with ABSA which has worked out that, that's not the case at all. I took my car to be assessed within the same week of my accident only for the assessor to put in the wrong claim. I have now been fighting back & forth with Discovery telling them to include the faults that are missing which they are refusing. My wipers have decided to get stuck & not work & they are saying that is wear and tear & my left hand side mirror fell out due to impact of accident but they refusing to replace that. They are the biggest SHARKS and I would advise anyone to find an alternative insurer. I just want my car fixed already!!!! It's nearly a month since the accident & now I will have to fix & replace the rest myself which is costing money I don't have already my excess is R3,500.00 & damages only come to R5,500. Its disgusting they wont address all the faults. NEED MY CAR FIXED!!! I've had enough.
