Claim Issues

<p>No matter what we do or who we contact every claim is a disaster. We are promised meetings with certain individuals and it never materialises. We have meetings with other management and nothing every improves. We are informed of the statistics and data and we never experience the findings. We are told the failure rate is 0.4% - we must be that 0.4% then? Really don’t know what to do anymore which is why I have written this post. We receive Surveys where it says: "Discovery Insure is passionate about delivering exceptional service" - This is really not experienced at claims stage. </p>
