Claim issue

<p>i"m a very fustrated disco insure client, logged a claim three weeks back and when ever I call for feedback i'm informed that my claim is with management and that they will come back to me. Even if I send emails I get no response. All I need is feedback, atleast i'm entitled to it as I pay my premiums every month.</p>
