Claim is taking too long to be taken care of
I'm disappointed in the way my claim has been handled so far. I've been promised that an assessor will contact me. Two days later and no one has done that. Calls to my claims administrator have failed to go through....just rings. As a new Discovery Insure client I'm disappointed to say the least. Claim No: 938183
