Claim *****ing joy of hole in one experience

Claim *****ing the joy from my hole in one experience. I HAVE submitted the receipts as well as the certificate I got from Blair Athol for my hole in one on 18 Feb (yes, its 6 March already and yet another request from Discovery). Now they want a letter from the club house (as if they issue the certificates on a willy nilly basis) and another receipt for purchase. PURCHASE OF WHAT??????
