Claim handled very efficiently

<p>Had the pleasure of dealing with Toko Marokile from Discovery Insure today. After notifying my broker of the claim, Toko called me within minutes. He explained what would be required from my side and registered the claim for me while on the phone, took less than 5 minutes. He followed it up with an email explaining the claim process and information required.</p> <p>I obtained the quotation and damage report as requested and emailed to him. Within 30 minutes I received confirmation that the claim has been assessed. I signed the acceptance form, faxed it back and before the end of the day the claim was finalised.</p> <p>Very good service. This is why I am insured, when something goes wrong I don't want to jump through hundreds of hoops to get a claim finalised.
