CLAIM FOR ****** TV

On Sunday the 20th September 2015, ******* broke into my house while i was asleep and stole my TV.<br> i reported the incident with Discovery Insure after the getting my case number from the police on Tuesday 22 September 2015. Vusumzi responded to my claim and started with the claims process. He kept me in the loop and updated me as the process progressed via email or phone. i got my claim approved and finalized in under a week and considering there was a holiday on the 24th of September, that was impressive. I received a confirmation email from Vusi on Monday 28th September 2015 stating that my TV will be replaced. the swift assistance and the constant update really exceeded my expectations.
