Claim for ****** items
My house got broken into on 14 May 2020. Called my Adviser Petros who initiated the claim process , together with his Assistant Lee Mzolo. Margaret Moipone Mogapi moves with the process. It was a wonderful customer service I experienced with her. She kept me up to date until the claim was finalized. Thinking that things are a bit frustrating during this period, I am grateful for her customer service.
