Claim for a mobile phone
Submitted a claim for a cell phone 6 weeks ago with pathetic communication, sheer no regard for a client and sadly no conclusion. Then I was referred to Fazeela Sallie-Ndlela who dealt with and closed the matter in a matter of 2 hours. Thumbs Faz, your commitment to service excellence and prompt response is highly appreciated.
