Claim finding not holding water!
A claim for water\damp damage is rejected based on water seeping through the cracks between the tiles in the shower 50cm of the ground... according to them. Neglecting to identify the damp higher up (2 meters) high. Enough water seeping through to damage a carpet and drawers standing against the wall.
