Claim Finalized below average turn around time

I lodged a vehicle accident claim 2 weeks back, and on Thursday the 15th February 2018, I received a call from the claims specialist Carel Norjie, who said he just got the report from the assessor. On Monday the 19th February he called me again to ask a few questions. By Tuesday the 20th February, i received an email from Discovery's claims department to say my claim has been authorized. Carel called me on the day and also advised how insurance works. Thanks a lot CAREL NORTJIE, i so wish all service providers have employees like you.
