Claim Finalized before my coffee got cold

<p>As a broker, the proving to a client that they chose the right insurence provider really comes down to claim stage, and it ultimitly depends on the person who you log your claim with at most companies, this morning at 8:07 i logged a cell phone theft claim with Nokuthula Radebeat Discovery, sent in all the required info, and by 9:37 i recieved a call to say that the claim has been validated and finalised and that a service provider will call my client to arrange delivery of the phone at her convinience.</p> <p> </p> <p>That is the service I want to be able to offer my clients, and thank you Discovery and Nokuthula for delivering on that level of service. And I will be holding you to this kind of service in the future with any of my other claims. </p>
