Claim experience discovery insure

We had a claim with Discovery Insure, after a good initial claims lodging procedure, it became difficult to get hold of our appointed claims manager. Fortunately we finally where redirected, after nearly 2 days, to mr Tshepo Kekane, who not only immediately sorted the problem and the claim out for us. His service was exceptional, to the point where he told us to hang up so he could phone us back, so we would not incur any further phone expenses. This man is truly a credit to the company, and he definitively makes a successful attempt to sort out an already difficult and unpleasant situation.
