Claim Experience
An absolutely excellent experience. A 5 star service from a lady called Dionne Stevens. She registered my claim in minutes on the phone and once I had sent her supporting documents everything was set in motion. Within an hour or so a quotation was made and confirmed. The supplier contacted me to confirm delivery. I have never experienced this kind of efficiency.
