Claim experience

Busisiwe Taliwe, the Executive Consultant, was excellent. She assisted me from the moment I called to log my claim and supported me through the unfortunate situation where I discovered that the pre-assessment requirement had never been communicated to me when the cover was sold.

Busi truly deserves a 5-star rating. However, I am giving an overall rating of 4 stars—not because of her service, but due to the onboarding process and the lack of care from the rest of the team when I initially experienced the incident.

That said, I do appreciate that my claim was ultimately covered, and I’m grateful for Busi’s professionalism and support throughout the process.
