Claim denied cover

Four days ago I wrote to Complaints department, and received an email that said I will be contacted within 72hrs. I guess this was a joke.

My vehicle was insured though a broker (Afri cover) with Discovery insurance. I had specified to use of the vehicle so that they could tailor my cover accordingly. Due to unfortunate situation my vehicle got involved in an accident but my claim was rejected still. I tried explaining everything and sent proof of cover but only got back and forth emails with a claim rejection letter.

These people do not care about their clients but money coming in to their business.
