Claim delays due to YOUR service provider

I am not impressed with the service we have received for my car claim for repairs. It has been over 2 months since our claim has started - with use of YOUR service supplier giving us delays. The 30 day rental has expired with no responsibility taken by any party to provide a car due to the delays. I'm in the sales industry with a car being vital to my job and so again I am stuck without a car due to YOUR service provider delays. The service provider YOU have chosen doesn't have complimentary cars to give either. Thus no parties are willing to take responsibility in providing a car. And to add insult - YOUR service provider is delayed again.
