Claim delays

I had a claim registered on the 28/09/2021. After speaking with the claims advisor for 1 week. They finally provided authorisation on the 04/10/2021. The assessment completed by Discovery was incomplete and the damages to the car were minimal. I have mailed the claims advisor numerous times about the incomplete assessment. This is extremely frustrating.
