Claim consultant blatantly ****

Car damaged in hailstorm and launched a claim received a claim number took the car an assessment but we were told repairs can rather be done in Pinetown because Pietermaitzburg panelbeaters are busy... This was done by Sifiso on email confirming that a car will also be hired for us that on arrival the car will be there. So got to panelbeaters but there was no car called asking about the car but he said he will call back to our suprise didn't bother to callback but only after almost 2hours of calling him endlessly he decide to calllback saying that the car hire option is not selected. Immediately I found myself stuck without transport.
