Claim Consultant
I dealt with a great consultant /agent , Reabetswe Mabidikana. May claim was not allocated to her as an agent . I was getting frustrated with the delayed voucher from I store due to technique challenges . Her demeanour, attitude , concern and energy to service the client, me in this case was highly commendable . it left me with highest level ion confidence as a Discovery Client.
