Claim Closed without Notification and Communication

I had an incident with my car in early December 2021, where I logged a claim. My car was taken to the workshop in December and since then I have not been given update on the claim. I don't know if it was fixed or not but I recently saw on my profile that the claim was closed. Am not sure why the claim was closed and I wasn't informed about it and I also don't know where my car is, but I haven't stopped paying my premiums.
