Claim assessment not accurate
I was in a car accident and successfully logged a claim which was handled with good care. I took the car for assessment and reported that there was a noise since the accident on the right side of the car. The assessor told me that when the car is taken for repairs they will strip it and assess for inner damages. I reported it to the repairer and I was only getting updates on the parts that were visibly damaged (cosmetic) until the day of collection the noise was not checked and it gotten worse and now the car is vibrating when driven at around 80 km/Hr. I know the car is over 10 years. Took the car back for assessment they found suspension damages and I was told it is not incident related but wear and tears. I am stuck now. I feel like indirectly they are saying I am lying. It is not like I don't have cash to fix my car or it is just a tactic for the claim to not be fully attended to. I am lost.
I will take the car to TOYOTA for is due service and request an assessment for the suspension.
This is really unfair do your job as insurance.
