Claim as 3rd party

On the 3 march 2022 i was involve in the accident and with 1 of the discovery client he was wrong he told me that i should claim on the 3rd party i done that i email all the documents to the them after that they totd me that they right off my car im still waiting for the for a way forward still today im still waiting but they client car they do fix it and the lady i was busy talking he name is nonkululeko and her email is *** tel no ***.and the claim no is*** now whenni call her she on launched and adtdr an 1hour she will never returned my call so dont know what to do i want my car please help
