Claim approved in under 24 Hours

I lodged a claim yesterday, within 30 minutes of submitting the claim, I received an email from the person assigned to my claim, and received a personal call from him just after his email.

I submitted all outstanding documents and quotes today and within an hour of that I received a AOL to sign and send back.

I wish to thank Toko Morakile - Claims Administrator for the way he has handled my claim, I was not just a number but a person that was affected with loss.
