Claim approved in November 2015. Discovery Insure has still not actioned the claim

<p>A claim was was reported and initiated on 2 November 2015 in respect of damage to my gate and front door at 20 Lancaster Road, Rondebosch. The claim was approved and the damage to the gate was subsequently repaired. The damage to the door has been ignored and despite repeated requests and discussions with Discovery Insure, nothing has been done to repair my front door. The persons handling my claim have been unresponsive and despite multiple complaints have still not actioned my requests. This unresponsiveness and neglect by Discovery Insure poses a security risk to my family and my possessions.</p> <p> </p> <p>In June 2016, in response to my enclosed email, I received an email from a ********** telling me that they are trying to contact me. I have subsequently responded 3 times to him/her and I get no response. Discovery Insure is the worst decision I have ever made.</p>
