Claim a real nightmare

Shocking service shocking assesor completely intimidating during there investigating. Felt like a felony all I was trying to do is claim for my car to be fixed they first took weeks to even look at the car then they tried to pin me as the driver which I wasn't I am covered 3rd party so any 1 with a license can drive. The actual assesor found every small reason under the sun not to put claim in good light all based on his own opinion. He argues with me over things and constantly is sending me withdrawal papers. I paid this insurance for 7 or more years and never claimed once. Now I need to claim its a absolute nightmare and run around and I landed up feeling like iv committed a ****** when all I wanted was my car fixed. First time claimed as well and wow never again will I use this company nor recommend it.
