i would like to lay a complaint about discovery insurance, my tv broke done due to loadshedding and i call my insurance to report the matter and i reported the matter on the 09 November 2022 and i spoke to Sthembile at 09:18 and they told me that access that i am supposed to pay 57% person access in order for my claim to be processed and i disputed that and i was told they will take it to other department for their team leader to listen to the call and i waited for response until i gave them a call on the 29/11/2022 and spoke to palesa dyantyi at 13:26 and she said told me the very same thing that she will speak to their supervisor and till today i am still waiting for their call can you please assist on this matter. i am not impressed with their customer service and they don't communicate with their clients at all and they are very fast to deduct money
