on 2016-02-16 I submitted a claim goods ******. This was authorized at Makro. I informed the consultant that there is no Makro in East London and requested cash for the ****** goods. The consultant then went on leave and did nothing about the claim. I have made a lot of calls to the claims department who keep on saying that Form will be sent to me to sign. To date nothing has happened. The service received is not good at all. <br> Alan Emett
